Sightings of herring and co-occurring species recorded in the Herring Hunt app during 2023 and 2024 (so far). The west coast of Scotland, where most sightings are from, is the research area of the WOSHH project with partners encouraging wider-participation along the coast. However, the webapp also allows users to record sightings from other coastal areas! Grey rings help visualise multiple sightings in adjacent locations.
