Type of Sighting* It can be difficult to spot herring directly, but species feeding on them, such as some fish, seabirds and marine mammals, can be a sign of the presence of herring eggs, larvae or adults. Please report if you saw feeding frenzies or other indications of herring predation. If the species you saw is not listed, you can add it in the “Additional comments”
